These terms govern your use of the AyahGlow app and website.

Acceptance

By using AyahGlow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App or website.

Purpose and permitted use

AyahGlow provides Quran, Hadith, reflection, recitation, remembrance, and creative tools for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in violation of applicable law.

Religious and informational content

We take care in presenting Islamic content, but translations, references, and supporting material may contain errors or reflect interpretive differences. AyahGlow is an informational and devotional aid and is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified scholar. Please report any concern to our support address.

User-created content

You are responsible for media, prompts, captions, and other content you select or create. You must have the rights needed to use and share that content. You agree not to create or distribute unlawful, harmful, infringing, or misleading material using AyahGlow.

Third-party content and services

The App may provide access to recitation, translation, media, AI, App Store, or sharing services supplied by third parties. Their content, availability, and practices are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Purchases and tips

Optional purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms. Unless otherwise required by law, billing questions and refund requests are handled through Apple.

Intellectual property

The AyahGlow name, design, software, and original materials are owned by SoftUtopia or its licensors. The Quran itself is not claimed as proprietary. Third-party translations, recitations, media, fonts, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee that every feature will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, AyahGlow is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SoftUtopia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of AyahGlow.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an updated version is published means you accept the revised Terms.
