Privacy Policy
Your spiritual practice is personal. AyahGlow is designed to keep it that way.

Overview
AyahGlow (“the App”) is provided by SoftUtopia (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains what information the App handles and the choices available to you.
Information stored on your device
Your preferences and activity—such as favorites, reading progress, streaks, mood check-ins, tasbih counts, selected themes, notification preferences, and downloaded media—are stored locally on your device or in the App’s shared container for widgets. We do not require an account to use AyahGlow.
Information you choose to provide
If you contact support, we receive the information in your message, such as your email address and any details you choose to include. We use it only to respond and provide support.
Network services
Some optional features connect to third-party services:
- Quran recitation, translation, or tafsir providers may receive standard network information such as your IP address when content is requested.
- Pexels may be used when you search for and download online photo or video backgrounds.
- An AI content feature, when configured and used, may send the prompt or content you submit to OpenRouter to generate a response. Do not include sensitive personal information in prompts.
- Apple processes App Store downloads, purchases, tips, and system services under Apple’s own privacy policy.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. AyahGlow does not sell your personal information.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, the App schedules reminders and inspiration through Apple’s notification system. You can change this permission at any time in iOS Settings.
Photos and sharing
When you choose to create or share content, the App processes the selected media and generated output on your device. Sharing is initiated by you through the iOS share sheet and is governed by the destination service you select.
Analytics and advertising
AyahGlow does not use third-party advertising SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites. This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies.
Children’s privacy
AyahGlow is not intended to collect personal information from children. Because the App requires no account and stores practice data locally, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Data retention and deletion
Local App data remains on your device until you remove it through the App, reset the relevant setting, or delete the App. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to handle your request and meet legal obligations.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the limited information we handle. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as AyahGlow evolves. The effective date above will be revised when changes are published.
