How do I change notification reminders?
Open AyahGlow, go to Settings, and choose Notifications. You can adjust the schedule and types of reminders there. To disable all notifications, use iOS Settings → Notifications → AyahGlow.
Why is audio not playing?
Check your device volume and internet connection. If the issue continues, close and reopen AyahGlow, then try another reciter or surah. Include your iOS version and device model when contacting support.
How do I add an AyahGlow widget?
Touch and hold an empty area on your Home Screen, tap Edit or the + button, search for AyahGlow, choose a widget, and tap Add Widget.
How do I report a Quran or Hadith content issue?
Email us with the surah and ayah number or Hadith reference, the language you are viewing, and a screenshot if possible. Content accuracy reports are treated as a priority.
How do I delete my data?
AyahGlow stores your practice data locally. Delete individual items inside the App where controls are available, or delete the App from your device to remove its local data.
How do I request a refund?
Purchases are processed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund or review a purchase.
